1400 Mission Affordable Housing

This concrete-framed 10 and 15-story split tower includes 190 units of affordable housing, 4,000 square feet of retail, 15,000 square feet of outdoor space and underground parking.

We provided acoustic consulting services for interior noise and vibration from MEP systems, dwelling units, parking garage exhaust fans, overhead roll-up doors, trash chutes and a standby diesel generator, as well as exterior noise from street traffic.
