This 109-foot-tall building includes 133,000 square feet of lab space, 50,000 square feet of office space, and 2,500 square feet of ground-level retail.

We worked closely with the design team, making site visits, attending meetings, and writing reports to ensure optimal acoustical and vibration conditions and Calgreen standards were met. Areas of focus included sound isolation for offices/labs and reverb control for retail space.
