This spiral-shaped high-rise tower offers 392 luxury condos, a courtyard, rooftop deck, dining room, lounge, gym, playroom, business center, dog-washing station, and parking.

We conducted site surveys to provide solutions for sound isolation between dwelling units, parking garage exhaust fans, diesel generators, all mechanical/plumbing systems and traffic noise. We also conducted review visits during construction.
