This 23-story high-rise includes 206 apartments, 4,300 square feet of retail and some parking. Amenities include a gym, lounge, pool, outdoor dog run and outdoor lounges.

We provided acoustic consulting during design and construction, focusing on noise between apartments and from traffic and MEP systems. Challenges included a generator located next to a historic building and use of European ventilation equipment new to the US market.
