This complex consists of a three-story and five-story building adjoined by a three-story open atrium. The associated five-story parking structure includes 706 parking stalls.

During design, we conducted site surveys to establish proper design criteria for noise and vibration to meet code and building requirements, as well as LEED Gold certification. During construction, we reviewed submittals and RFIs, submitted reports, and conducted site visits.
