This eight-story building (previously known as the Charles Schwab Building) was transformed by Google, with new offices, team rooms, shared space, a cafe and a fitness center.

We worked closely with the design teams, making site visits, attending meetings, and writing reports to ensure optimal acoustical and vibration conditions and Calgreen standards were met. Areas of focus included noise privacy/sound isolation for offices and MEP noise control.
