2750 19th Street (The Fitzgerald)

This six-story, multifamily residential building consists of 60 rental units (20% affordable), retail space, common area amenities, a residential lobby, and a parking garage with hydraulic lifts.

We worked closely with the design team to ensure acoustic conditions met code and design requirements. We conducted an exterior noise study and implemented interior and exterior noise control and sound isolation for both residential units and shared building spaces.
