This 25-story tower includes over 600,000 square feet of office shell space, outdoor terraces, ground-floor retail shell spaces, and below-grade parking.

We provided acoustical consulting to ensure that the exterior shell was properly designed to achieve optimal acoustic conditions, conducted an environmental noise study to meet CalGreen code requirements, and created a 3D ray-tracing model to show noise exposure.
