This seven-level R&D building replaced a large surface parking lot and expands the Gateway Campus, adding new offices, labs, and parking to the existing life sciences campus.

We worked closely with the design team, making site visits, attending meetings, and writing reports to ensure optimal acoustical and vibration conditions and Calgreen standards were met. Areas of focus included sound isolation for offices/labs and reverb control for lobbies.
