This eighteen-story mixed-use building includes 203 affordable residential units, as well as two community rooms and outdoor terraces, bike parking, and a ground floor community center.

We worked closely with the design team to ensure acoustic conditions met code. The project also achieved GreenPoint Gold rating certification. We conducted an exterior noise study and submitted reports, focusing on interior and exterior noise control and sound isolation.
