This 24-foot-tall building includes 20,000 square feet of lab space and 12,000 square feet of office space.

We worked closely with the design team, making site visits, attending meetings, and writing reports to ensure acoustical conditions and code were met. Areas of focus included MEP noise control and sound isolation, speech privacy, and reverb control for offices and labs.
