Contra Costa Admin Center

This building houses admin offices, the county law library and the Contra Costa Television studio in downtown Martinez, CA.

At the project outset, we conducted an environmental noise study and visited similar existing spaces to establish appropriate acoustical design criteria. During design, we focused on sound isolation, room acoustics, and MEP systems noise and vibration.
