Five 88 Mission Bay

This project targeted households with incomes up to 60% of the area median. The four and five-story building consists of approximately 200 rental units above commercial retail space.

We conducted site surveys during both design and construction to recommend acoustic and vibration solutions for MEP systems, overhead roll-up doors, trash chutes, between dwelling units and exterior traffic noise.
