Genentech Building 34 (The Hub)

This facility serves as the new employee center of Genentech’s South San Francisco campus and features a health clinic, fitness center, basketball court, and various other amenities.

Our ongoing review and coordination with the design and construction team began before design and into construction and was completed with acoustic testing prior to occupancy during commissioning to ensure performance targets were met.
