This new 12,000 SF building is built adjacent to the existing B39 building and includes lobby, office, meeting, training, kitchen, amenity and sleeping spaces as well as a security operations center and apparatus bay.

We performed site visits, established acoustic design criteria and submitted BoD reports, including line-times necessary for achieving LEED Acoustic Performance credit.
