This two-story life sciences building expands the existing Genentech campus and consists of offices, team rooms, conference rooms, a lobby and parking.

We worked closely with the design team, making site visits, attending meetings, and writing reports to ensure acoustical and vibration conditions and Calgreen standards were met. Areas of focus included sound isolation, exterior noise, MEP noise and vibration, and reverb control.
