Haskins Amenities

This four-story atrium space features a lobby, fitness center, conference center, kitchen/cafe, and auditorium and is located within the 201 Haskins office building complex.

We performed site visits, established criteria for speech intelligibility, reverberation control, sound isolation, and background noise, commented on progress drawings, submitted BOD reports, and provided recommendations for MEP systems, finishes, partitions and doors.
