Improve Peralta Oaks North

This renovation serves as administrative headquarters for the East Bay Regional Park District, housing the District’s Public Safety Division, including police, fire, and administrative staff.

We provided complete acoustical consulting for this project, establishing criteria for speech privacy, sound isolation, and noise control. We supported the design process with acoustic analysis, detailed recommendations, and drawing reviews to ensure proper implementation.
