Kaiser Permanente Behavioral Health Tenant Improvements

This project transformed the fifth floor of this Kaiser Permanente building into a behavior health center with offices, waiting rooms, observation rooms, play rooms, and amenities.

We worked closely with the design team, making site visits, attending meetings, and writing reports to ensure that optimal acoustical and vibration conditions were met. Areas of focus included MEP systems, sound isolation and speech privacy.
