Konrad on the Park at 950 Gough

This eight-story mixed-use building includes 95 residential units, as well as a lobby, a 10,000 square-foot worship space, and an underground basement with parking and utilities.

We worked closely with the design team to ensure acoustic conditions met code and design requirements. We conducted an initial noise study, conducted multiple subsequent site visits and submitted reports, focusing on interior and exterior sound, MEP noise and noise isolation.
