This tenant improvement included lab and meeting rooms, vehicle work bays, and a drive-in anechoic chamber for testing vehicle audio systems, as well as a walk-in anechoic chamber.

We worked closely with the design team to ensure acoustic conditions met code and design requirements. Primary areas of focus on this project included sound isolation both within and outside of the anechoic chambers and mitigation of background and MEP noise.
