This build-out of an existing multi-story building includes lab space, vivarium, offices, amenity space and building support and is located within the 201 Haskins office building complex.

We performed site visits, established criteria for speech intelligibility, reverberation control, sound isolation, and background noise, commented on progress drawings, submitted BOD reports, and provided recommendations for MEP systems, finishes, partitions and doors.
