This 9.6-acre transit-oriented development adjacent to Millbrae BART/Caltrain station features 400+ apartments, a 164-room hotel, 44,000 sq ft of retail, and 157,000 sq ft of office space.

We provided Acoustical Narrative and Basis of Design reports, reviewing the project from Schematic Design through to Construction Review. We also provided vibration modeling and recommendations to meet project vibration criteria.
