Mission Bay, Block 3E (HomeRise)

This four-story, three-building complex includes about 120 affordable rental units for veterans and families, 15,000 square foot courtyard, parking, dining areas and play spaces for kids.

We performed a site survey to establish noise exposure then suggested design solutions for sound and impact between dwelling units and from traffic, building MEP systems, overhead roll-up doors and trash chutes. We also conducted construction site visits to address issues.
