This office and retail complex is made up of two 6-story and two 12-story buildings and offers roof decks, high ceilings, natural light and views of downtown and the Bay Bridge.

During design and construction, we conducted site surveys, set design criteria and created solutions for exterior wall systems to meet Calgreen standards, and evaluated noise and vibration options for tenants and noise and vibration from MEP systems.
