Mission Bay, Block 6E

This five-story building is comprised of 135 affordable residential units, 10,000 square feet of retail, a parking structure, and various amenity spaces.

We performed a site survey to establish noise exposure then suggested design solutions for sound and impact between dwelling units and from traffic, building MEP systems, overhead roll-up doors and trash chutes. We also conducted construction site visits to address issues.
