This 23-story tower offers 285 residential units over office, retail and amenities spaces, parking, outdoor terraces, and a central plant.

We have been working closely with the design team, making site visits, attending meetings, and submitting reports to ensure acoustic conditions meet code and design requirements and LEED Gold certification. Areas of focus include MEP systems, exteriors, interiors and partitions.
