This 8-story office building includes retail, a lobby, loading dock, and blackwater treatment on the ground floor and office space and outdoor terraces on the upper floors.
We worked closely with the design team, making site visits, attending meetings, and drafting reports to ensure acoustic conditions met code and design requirements and LEED Gold certification. Areas of focus included exteriors, interiors, partitions and mitigating MEP noise.
