This 23-story tower offers 255 residential units, amenities, several outdoor terraces, three levels of below grade parking, and retail, lobbies, and utilities on the ground floor.

We have been working closely with the design team, making site visits, attending meetings, and submitting reports to ensure acoustic conditions meet code and design requirements and LEED Gold certification. Areas of focus include MEP systems, exteriors, interiors and partitions.
