This 13-story structure consists of lobbies, retail, restaurant, loading dock, bike storage, and various MEP spaces on the ground floor and amenities and offices on the upper floors.

We worked closely with the design team, making site visits, attending meetings, and drafting reports to ensure acoustic conditions met code and design requirements and LEED Gold certification. Areas of focus included exteriors, interiors, partitions and mitigating MEP noise.
