Mission Rock, Phase 1

In phase one of this three-phase project, an existing 28-acre parking lot will be transformed into a mixed-use neighborhood of various buildings, each with unique architects and designs.

We have been working closely with the design team, making site visits, attending meetings, and writing reports to establish acoustical and vibration criteria for each of the four buildings. Areas of focus include exteriors, speech privacy, MEP systems, traffic, and reverberant spaces.
