Practising Law Institute at 455 Market

This project consisted of the relocation of PLI’s state-of-the-art conference center and offices to the top floor of this urban landmark located in the heart of downtown San Francisco.

We conducted site visits to establish design criteria to meet LEED Platinum certification and code and building requirements, then reviewed program and progress drawings and issued reports on speech privacy, sound isolation, reverberation, and MEP and background noise.
