In addition to a new laboratory building, this project includes a conference center, offices, dining, a health and wellness center, and outdoor green spaces.

During design, we conducted site surveys, set design criteria, and provided solutions for MEP systems and exterior traffic noise. During construction, we conducted site visits and reviewed RFIs and submittals to ensure performance met design criteria and user needs.
