This building replaced a former industrial MUNI facility, and houses the new and improved San Francisco Animal Care & Control Facility.

We worked with the design team, conducting site visits and submitting reports to ensure that the extensive seismic, MEP, and interiors upgrades required to transition the building from industrial to animal care aligned with measures for optimal acoustic conditions.
