This three-story office building includes a gymnasium and exercise area, food service areas, conference rooms, offices, meeting rooms, lounge and dining areas, and a rooftop terrace.

We developed acoustic design recommendations for sound isolation, reverberation control, acoustic privacy and noise and vibration control for MEP systems. This included solutions for interior and base-building mechanical systems and exterior traffic noise.
