Made up of a 6-story and 11-story structure connected by transparent bridges, this complex contains offices, cafes, childcare, and retail.

During design, we conducted site surveys to establish proper design criteria for exterior wall systems, interior commons and offices and MEP systems. During construction, we reviewed submittals and RFIs and conducted site visits to review and correct potential issues.
