This five-story facility includes state-of-the-art laboratories, medical imaging areas, a vivarium, office and meeting space and an outpatient clinic.

Our work included a site survey, space planning review and acoustic and vibration guidelines for all interior spaces and compliance with municipal codes and good neighbor policies. We also developed solutions for building MEP systems, office, meeting and lab spaces.
