This three-story office building includes a fitness center, terrace, dining areas, conference rooms, lounge areas, work areas, meeting rooms, huddle rooms and conferencing spaces.

We developed recommendations for reverberation control, sound isolation, acoustic privacy, interior MEP systems noise and exterior traffic noise. We also analyzed interior and exterior noise and vibration for base-building mechanical systems.
